How the platform answers

Every statement carries a register mark saying what KIND of statement it is.

Recorded
A fact the platform admitted from a source, with provenance.
Derived
Computed from recorded facts by a stated method, within a stated window.
Absent
Not known. The platform says which thing is missing and why, rather than showing a zero.
Refused
A question the platform will not answer, with the rule that governs the refusal.

A refusal is an answer. It means the platform could have produced a plausible number and chose not to, because the number would not have been true.

What the platform never does

It does not rate players, predict results, rank competitions by importance, or infer what you are interested in from what you looked at. It collects no behavioural signal, so there is nothing to infer from.
